Drinking water does not necessarily mean germ-free water. All over the world, drinking water regulations, despite very high quality standards, allow a certain amount of bacteria and fungi per milligallon (mililiter) of drinking water.
Water storage in tanks, pipes, and boilers (stagnate water), which in combination with other circumstances, such as bio-available nutrients and heat, can lead to a rapid growth of bacteria. In addition, poorly maintained pipes at water filling stations on campsites and inadequate water treatment standards can cause serious problems.
With Silvertex, which has been used for 16 years and applied hundreds of thousands of times, bacteria, fungi and biofilms are permanently prevented from growing – automatically with every new tank filling and without any dosing effort.

WATER SOURCE OF LIFE
Silvertex in standard product versions is suitable for different tank sizes up to 300 gallons (1,200 liter) and preserves up to 16,000 gallons (60,000 liter) of water. In combining the Silvertex standard product versions basically all tank sizes can be covered.
